How to apply:

Applicants collect required documentations as listed below and send to this office by either in person or by mail.

Documents Required:

1.    Original passport *

2.    Photo: One visa photo    (1.9"x1.3" and we provide visa photo service for $5 per person)

3.    Copy of passport's first page and Copy of drivers license **

4.    Non-US citizen: Copy of permanent resident card or US visa

5.    Online application form  (Click Here) 

            (keep record of application number on very top of first page for the retrieve purpose. DO NOT SUBMIT application form. 

            Education traces back to high school; Needs 15 years of work experience. We provide free service to check application)

6.    Visa office registration form.

7.    Visa support document: ***

         Relative's   A. Chinese ID copy (front and back)  B. Invitation letter. (We provide free service writing letter)

        Relationship prove docuemnt (passport, marriage certificate, etc.)

8.    Visa cost (including consular fee and service fee) and Payment method ****:

          We accept person/business check, cashier's check, money order and credit card(with 3% surcharge). Check payable to China Visa Office

          Normal process application: 2-4 weeks

          US passport: $325,

          Canadian passport: $280

          Non-US passport: $26/one entry, $280 (one year multiples entries)  ****

          two week expedited service: $270 extra

* Passport should have at least 6 month validation. 10-year visa not available for passport with less one year validation.

** Non-US citizen: Copy of permanent resident card or US visa

*** Child under 18 must provide birth certificate, parents' passports copies (or drivers license)

*** Chinese embassy/consulate may require additional support document if applicant from or born in some country. Some applicants may need to make a personal appearance to obtain China visa. Delay or rejection may be expected.

**** Return mailing fee not included. If visa not issued, consular fee is refundable and service fee is not refundable

***** Conuslar fee may be higher for some desitinated country
